Payment is required in full at the time services are provided. For hospital admissions, care cannot begin until you have confirmed your decision by signing the client consent and estimate form. In some cases, a deposit of 50% may be requested to proceed with treatment.

We accept payment by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cherry, and CareCredit. Please note that we do not extend credit or bill for services. Any invoices left unpaid after 45 days will be sent to collections unless prior arrangements have been made.
